Agreement

By signing the Design Agreement, the client agrees to the services and conditions outlined below:

- Garden Designer, Christopher Lee / Plant Horder, is only hired to provide digital planting plans and plant recommendations.  The design fee is for the digital plan and plant list only.  Plant material and installation are not included. 

 

- Assistance with plant shopping/selection and actual plant placement is available for $175/hr.

- If applies to the garden area, the client shall point out the property lines to Christopher Lee and shall hold Christopher Lee / Plant Horder harmless for any disputes or errors in the property line or setback locations.

​

- The client is responsible for providing underground utility ( water, electrical, sewer, gas ) locations for proper plant placements and shall hold Christopher Lee / Plant Horder harmless for any damage caused by the client's hired gardener/contractor before, during and after installations.

​

- Any damages to the property during installation and the life of the garden are the responsibility of the client and the client's hired gardener/contractor and shall hold Christopher Lee / Plant Horder harmless for any disputes.

​

- Plants/gardens are living organisms that require proper care by the client for its optimal health.  Christopher Lee / Plant Horder is not responsible for the longevity and care of the plants/gardens before, during or after installation.
